A reputable and well-established bank is seeking HR professionals to support its Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition functions in Hong Kong.
Job Details
- Serve as HR Business Partner providing advisory support across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition & management, and organizational initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters including grievances; staff inquiries and other transactional matters
- Drive and manage recruiting activities utilizing strategic and creative souring channels
- Support both internal/external sourcing and placement of candidates
- Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and other ad-hoc initiatives as assigned (e.g. early careers; advisory on organizational changes)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist in a sizable organization, preferably within the financial industry.
- Well‑versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant labor regulations.
- Proficient in Chinese word processing and MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
