Our client, a high‑growth, globally recognised logistics and freight forwarding leader with 1,000+ staff, is looking for Assistant Manager(TA focus)
Role Overview
The Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager plays a key role in driving recruitment activities across Hong Kong and regional offices. This role partners with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient hiring processes, promote employer branding, and support people‑growth initiatives in a rapidly expanding logistics group.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑level to senior roles (operations, sales, logistics, corporate support functions).
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals (JobsDB, LinkedIn, internal referral program, agencies) and direct search.
- Conduct screening, shortlist recommendations, arrange interviews, and support offer negotiation.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high‑volume or time‑sensitive roles.
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen company as an employer of choice in the logistics industry.
- Create recruitment content, job ads, and event materials.
- Participate in job fairs, university partnerships and online employer‑branding campaigns.
Process Improvement & HR Support
- Implement recruitment process enhancements, including digitalisation and workflow optimisation.
- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards and hiring analytics.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new‑joiner experience.
- Work closely with regional HR teams to align recruitment practices across markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4–6 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally from logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, trading, or commercial industries.
- Strong in stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in regional hiring or fast‑paced business environments is an advantage.
- Proactive, detail‑minded, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
