About the Role

• Support consultants throughout the process of hiring projects.
• Proactively reach out or headhunt to targeted candidates via various channels.
• Conduct initial meetings or interviews with candidates and follow up through a structured system to ensure database accuracy.
• Maintain ongoing candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Manage the CRM system to ensure the accuracy of details, daily activities, and follow-ups.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

About the Person

• Bachelor degree holder.
• Welcome fresh graduates or with 1-2 years working experience.
• Strong prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using computing systems.
• High level of accuracy in managing multiple projects and multitasking.
• Enjoys reading local news with a keen business sense.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
