Job Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process
- Conduct direct sourcing through LinkedIn / database search
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
- Assist in developing ad hoc recruitment projects
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Proven experience in talent acquisition
- Experience in direct sourcing and handling of volume hires would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
