HR Officer (TA focus, 6 month renewable contract)
We are looking for a TA officer to join the team!
Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate interview scheduling and post-interview debrief sessions across multiple business units. Facilitate seamless interaction between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams for interviews

Gather and consolidate interview feedback, as well as perform additional tasks required to support informed hiring decisions.
- Support recruitment planning efforts by conducting pre-recruitment research on job titles, compensation benchmarks, and market-specific job specifications as needed..

Manage job postings throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including drafting, publishing, and closing advertisements on various platforms.

Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth and efficient transition into the organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding updates on their job application status.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in HR/ TA coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, capable of handling last-minute changes with ease.
- Proficiency in HR ATS system
- Strong collaborative skills; a team player with excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities in English, able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
