Talent Acquisition (Tech, 6 month contract up to 48k)
Client is looking for a senior Talent Acquisition specialist to join the team, focus on Tech recruitment.
Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for both front line and office role, from candidate searching, job ads posting, CV screening and shortlisting, interview arrangement and holding, offer making, reference checking to on-boarding arrangement

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and manage all recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System

Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and recruiting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Tech / IT Recruiter or similar experience.
- Well-versed in technical and engineering recruitment, with a strong ability to understand and articulate complex technology roles.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing candidates.
- Experienced in using in-house ATS system
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of requisitions, and thrive in a fast-paced contract environment.
