The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping businesses find exceptional talent while guiding candidates toward exciting career opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
• Conducting cold calls to identify new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio.
• Scheduling and attending client meetings to understand hiring needs and build long-term partnerships.
• Proactively chasing job leads and vacancies to match candidates with suitable roles.
• Writing compelling job advertisements and managing applications effectively.
• Developing deep market knowledge within your desk’s specialization to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
• Delivering outstanding service that reflects the Robert Walters brand.
