A top tier bank is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in recruitment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in talent acquisition while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for campus recruitment
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and perform ad-hoc assignments
