We are seeking an experienced RPO Recruitment Partner to join our team and work onsite with one of our prestigious banking clients. This role is ideal for recruiters with a background in front-office hiring, preferably within private banking, whether you’re currently working in an RPO environment or coming from an agency setting.

We are seeking a dynamic RPO Recruitment Partner to join our team and support hiring for private banking front office roles across APAC. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, deliver exceptional recruitment solutions, and make a real impact in one of the most prestigious sectors of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for private banking front office roles across APAC.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through innovative sourcing methods and market insights.
  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience while ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
  • Act as a trusted partner onsite with the client, representing their brand and values effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience recruiting for private banking or front office roles within the financial services industry (agency or RPO experience preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with APAC markets and talent landscapes is highly desirable.
