The Role

As a Graduate Researcher, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying and engaging with high-caliber candidates. You’ll gain hands-on experience in market research, talent mapping, and candidate sourcing while developing valuable skills that will set you up for long-term success in the recruitment or broader business world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough market research to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
• Sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases).
• Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Reaching out to passive candidates by cold calling and emailing
• Meeting candidates on-line or face-to-face to screen their relevant skillset for specific positions
