Robert Walters Financial Services team is hiring - the role sits under our Perm Sellside team and we welcome any experienced FS recruiters to apply for this role.

Key responsibilities:


• Identify business opportunities by engaging with Banking/FS/Insurance clients and candidates, staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
• Build strong relationships with clients in the Banking/FS/Insurance sectors, developing a deep understanding of their hiring needs.
• Manage client roles by crafting tailored job ads that resonate with A&F/Internal Audits professionals.
• Source, select, and match candidates with relevant experience, ensuring they align with client expectations and industry standards.
• Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are well-prepared and understand the specific challenges and opportunities about role.
• Organise and attend industry-specific networking events and trade shows to connect with potential clients and high-caliber candidates in the Banking/FS/Insurance sectors.
• Leverage data and insights from the industries to inform recruitment strategies and enhance client relationships.


About you:
