As an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the complete recruitment cycle. You will collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to comprehend their hiring needs and manpower planning. You will also have the opportunity to engage in various Talent Acquisition projects such as employer branding, campus recruitment, career talks, and internship programs.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, interview & assessment, and offer negotiation
  • Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and manpower planning
  • Drive effective recruitment strategies to meet business goals
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition projects including employer branding, campus recruitment, career talks, internship program
  • Handle ad-hoc projects when necessary
  • Continuously improve processes and practices for efficiency and effectiveness

What you bring:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 year of recruiting experience gained from Financial services industry
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
