The Researcher plays a key part in managing all aspects of the candidate cycle at Robert Walters. They are a vital member of the team and are replied upon to provide a constant flow of suitable candidates, deal with specific sourcing requirements and be the face of the business when meeting with candidates.
Key responsibilities:
- Sourcing new candidates for the business using a variety of methods, including headhunting, referrals and job boards.
- Keep in close contact with any candidates actively seeking a new role and those who may be considering new roles in the future
- Screening candidates both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Conducting specific headhunting projects as and when required to support the wider team.
- Supporting each consultant in the team by providing sourcing for their vacant positions as and when required
- Build your knowledge of relevant industry sectors by researching relevant news and developments
- Daily and weekly planning to maximise results
