As a Senior Human Resources Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the recruitment strategy for either supply chain or retail front-line positions. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding the job requirements to sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback. Your strong sourcing skills will be key to attracting high-quality candidates and contributing to the growth of our client's brand.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for either supply chain or retail front-line positions
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interview process with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends

What you bring:

The ideal Senior Human Resources Officer will bring proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the retail industry.
