This role offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on the growth of a fast-paced, client-driven service organisation operating at the heart of the global knowledge economy. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and selecting the company's most valuable asset: its people.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for the firm and manage candidate communications throughout the interview process
  • Generate and manage a high-quality and active pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
  • Screen resumes, review preliminary test results, and conduct phone interviews
  • Manage candidate pipeline efficiently, including scheduling interviews and responding to enquiries
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts, populate onboarding information and related trackers
  • Work alongside senior recruiters to manage campus recruiting logistics, organise events, and support talent attraction activities

What you bring:

  • Highly organised with acute attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Interest in human capital and human resources
  • 'People-person' looking for a highly interactive, people-focused role
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership
  • Fluent English required; any additional Asian language(s) would be an advantage
