Senior Talent Acquisition Manager - Listed Company

Our client is a leading & publicly-listed company with a strong business presence. Due to business expansion, currently have a new headcount of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will lead the recruitment process and provide account management services. What you'll do:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client's recruitment strategy. You will be responsible for understanding the business needs of various departments within the company, facilitating manpower planning, talent acquisition. Your role will also involve developing proactive talent sourcing pipelines, managing recruitment platforms and social media to promote career branding. You will also liaise with internal and external parties for different recruitment events.

  • Understand business needs of line departments and facilitate line managers to conduct manpower planning and talent acquisition
  • Develop proactive talent sourcing pipelines and candidate outreach methodologies
  • Provide end-to-end talent acquisition process for assigned positions, including executive hiring
  • Manage recruitment platforms and social media to promote career branding
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for different recruitment events
  • Revamp, streamline and improve recruitment processes

Requirements:

  • Degree holder majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with executive hiring & campus hiring experiences
  • At least 4-5 years of supervisory experience from sizeable organisations
  • Prior experiences as HR Business Partner will be an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills ans stakeholder management, commercial sense, detail-oriented with good planning capabilities. A team player and can work under fast-paced environment.
