Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively create a pool of high-quality candidates to ensure timely hiring and a sufficient candidate volume.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as referrals, online searches, and recruitment agencies, to source candidates.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates based on hiring requirements.
- Employ innovative and proactive recruitment methods to identify and assess external talent effectively.
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment projects, including collaborating with project clients/hiring managers, conducting candidate searches, screening CVs, conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates, and managing the offer and contract issuance process.
- Oversee the complete cycle of the annual management trainee program.
- Act as an HR business partner (HRBP) for designated departments.
- Perform additional HR responsibilities assigned by senior management on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in recruiting/staffing and as an HRBP in large companies.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment projects, including effectively coordinating multiple stakeholders throughout the recruitment life cycle.
- Strong team player and skilled communicator.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
