Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition & HRBP focus)
A leading services provider is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join as an Assistant HR Manager due to team expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Perform HRBP functions to support individual career development, including staffing, talent acquisition, employee caring and engagement, training and development, and HR analytics.
- Partner with business units to provide advice and guidance on staffing matters, such as manpower requirements and staffing needs.
- Collaborate closely with team members to deliver excellent HR services and contribute to HR projects.
- Gain exposure to various HR functions, such as talent sourcing, staff activities, job evaluation, and total rewards exercises.
- Develop a network of contacts within the HR field and maintain a holistic understanding of HR practices and trends.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic industry, embracing challenges as opportunities for career growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years’ experiences in Human resources functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and local labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and deliver high-quality HR services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Resilient mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior officer
