I am pleased to partner with one of the most well-known Hong Kong listed FMCG company to look for an experienced (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will report to Head of HR and partner with business leaders to provide TA solutions. The (Senior) TA Manager will lead the TA function. In addition to end-to-end recruitment of corporate positions. You will also develop recruitment strategies to attract top talents.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talents and improve candidate experience.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate positions.
- Constantly review recruitment policy and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationship with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide advice.
- Design and deliver new initiatives on employer branding to attract and retain talents.
- You will ideally have more than 10 years of working experience in HRBP / talent acquisition field.
