This role will report to Head of HR and partner with business leaders to provide TA solutions. The (Senior) TA Manager will lead the TA function. In addition to end-to-end recruitment of corporate positions. You will also develop recruitment strategies to attract top talents.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talents and improve candidate experience.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate positions.
- Constantly review recruitment policy and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationship with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide advice.
- Design and deliver new initiatives on employer branding to attract and retain talents.
- You will ideally have more than 10 years of working experience in HRBP / talent acquisition field.
