Our client is one of the leading hospitality groups in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now seeking for an Assistant TA Manager to join their team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including recruitment strategies and resourcing channels, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends
  • Screen, interview and assess quality talent who are the best fit for the role and aligned with the company's culture and values
  • Directly source for candidates through the use of social media sourcing channels and use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations to build ongoing passive candidate networks
  • Build stakeholder relationships and communicate throughout the recruitment process to ensure all parties involved in the hiring process are updated and well informed
  • Carry out ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by department head

Main Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in HR Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 years recruitment experience in sizable corporates, agency experience in early years would be a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
