The Shared Services Contract team has been established for over 8 years, with specialisation in Marketing, Human Resources and Business Support Recruitment. We recruit for short term to long term contract positions for clients across all industries. We are currently looking for a passionate Researcher / Associate Consultant to join our growing and successful desk.

From day to day, a researcher is responsible for the following activities:
- Using a range of techniques to build a broad network of candidates, who are both active and passive job seekers
- Employing research skills to establish a strong pipeline of candidates
- Continuously investing time in building their knowledge of the industry they recruit including macro and micro trends that affect hiring decisions and salaries
- Providing advice to candidates as to how to enjoy sustainable career success
- Support the team in sourcing best matched candidate to job openings
Successful candidates will ideally be a fresh University graduate or possess up to one years' work experience preferably in the Recruitment industry or in a sales/business development role. Specifically, we are looking for people who can apply their commercial acumen to recruit like-minded professionals into leading multinational and global corporations.
We do not require previous recruitment experience. Rather, the successful candidate should have a growth mindset, so that they can make the most of the extensive training and development opportunities that will be presented to them.
