In this crucial role, the Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing Target Setting, People KPI Governance, and People Data Governance. As a trusted partner and internal consultant to senior leadership in the APAC region, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that APAC People targets align seamlessly with the company's business strategy.
- Enhance and implement Global and APAC Target Setting Policy and Process across all functions.
- Adjust and update Global systems and Local Solutions to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
- Govern the catalog of People KPIs to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Take the lead in setting targets for Senior leaders in the APAC region.
- Coordinate the cascading of targets and perform sanity checks according to policy and timeline.
- Manage the yearly review process to ensure compliance with global change scenarios.
- Control the appraisal of targets throughout the year.
- Conduct audits after the appraisal cycle to ensure individual targets align with regional compliance guidelines.
- Deliver training sessions to enhance process understanding and awareness within the organization.
- Lead the Reporting System for People KPIs and reports, while also overseeing People Data Governance.
- Take charge of leading key People projects and initiatives
