HR Manager - Employee Wellness & Engagement (Real Estate Group | Up to HK$70K)
The HR Manager for Employee Wellness & Engagement will be responsible for developing and implementing wellness and engagement programs that promote the health, well-being, and productivity of the organization's employees. This role will work closely with the HRBP to ensure that employees are engaged and supported in their wellness journey, and will also lead efforts to improve employee engagement across the organization.
About the Role
- Develop and propose initiatives to top management that promote employee wellness and engagement and align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the HRBP to design and conduct engagement surveys and follow up on action plans.
- Communicate with vendors to source wellness products and services and provide reports to supervisors.
- Develop guidelines and templates for HRBP to follow in implementing wellness and engagement initiatives, and work with line management to ensure that these initiatives are integrated into the organization's overall HR strategy.
- Collaborate with other HR teams, such as L&D, to design training programs that support employee wellness and development and improve engagement.
- Participate in C&B revamp efforts to ensure that employee wellness and engagement are considered in the design of compensation and benefits packages.
- Monitor and evaluate wellness and engagement programs to measure their effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
About the People
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field;
- At least 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee wellness and engagement.
- Strong knowledge of wellness and engagement program design and implementation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command in both written & spoken English and Mandarin
