A Hong Kong-based travel company is looking for a Head of Human Resources, Asia to lead regional HR, align strategies with business goals, and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
As Head of Human Resources, Asia, you will lead regional HR strategy and operations, advise senior leaders, drive global initiatives locally, and foster a high-performing, empowered workforce across multiple countries.
- Act as a trusted and strategic HR partner to regional leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and guiding workforce planning, organisational design, and succession planning
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing, and connected workforce while acting as a change agent to drive impactful HR initiatives
- Lead the planning and execution of global HR programs, ensuring regional relevance and alignment with organisational goals
- Use HR analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify talent gaps, and inform workforce strategy and continuous improvement
- Mentor HR business partners, build cross-functional collaboration, and ensure adherence to compliance and best practices across regions
Candidate profile
As an ideal Head of Human Resources, Asia, you bring expertise in organisational design, people analytics, and multinational project delivery, driving transformation, fostering engagement, ensuring compliance, and developing talent across Asia.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with significant progressive and extensive HR experience including business partnering, organisational design, people analytics, and HRIS
- Proven ability and track record of delivering large-scale regional HR projects, leveraging dashboards, HR metrics, and data-driven insights to inform decisions
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities to address complex workforce challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Solid understanding of Asia employment laws and HR best practices; fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
