This role is pivotal in developing strategies and programs that foster positive employee experiences and enhance overall organisational performance. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and rewarding work environment will be key to your success.

What you'll do:

  • Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs that align with the organisation's goals and culture
  • Promote open communication channels within the organisation and recognise employee achievements through various programs
  • Develop wellness initiatives to support employees' physical and mental health
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing strategies that promote equity and respect for all employees
  • Organise employee events to strengthen interpersonal relationships and team cohesion
  • Coordinate and analyse employee surveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and track employee engagement trends

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication skills
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret survey results and make data-driven recommendations
  • Innovative thinking and creativity to design engaging programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organisation
  • Effective project management skills to plan, execute, evaluate engagement programs
