Our client is a rapidly growing organisation currently undergoing aggressive expansion. Currently seeking a talented L&D Consultant to join their high-performing L&D/Talent Development team. This is an exciting opportunity, and you will play a key role in suggesting and identifying consultative learning solutions for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders to pinpoint learning needs and craft customised learning solutions.
  • Spearhead culture-focused learning programs, embodying the brand ethos and disseminating the company's DNA and values throughout the organisation.
  • Develop and deliver engaging learning programs utilizing a diverse range of methodologies.
  • Assess the efficacy of training initiatives and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and adopt best practices in learning and development.
  • Identify, cultivate and manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants as required;
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned to support organisational development on culture, learning and development goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in learning and development, training, or a related field, preferably gained in sizeable companies.
  • Profound understanding of instructional design principles and learning theory.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills; proactive with a strong business acumen to analyse business needs and propose tailored learning solutions; adept at thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Candidates with experience working at the Group level, with exposure to Global or Regional role, will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing Cantonese (Chinese & Mandarin) & English
