Currently looking for a Talent Development Manager/ Senior Manager to lead their high-performing team.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Talent and Organisational Development, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders at the group level. Your responsibilities will include participating in a variety of talent management, talent development initiatives, and HR projects.
- Lead and implement talent management and development programs by actively engaging with business leaders to design and execute impactful initiatives that accelerate talent growth and management. This includes identifying key talents, enhancing retention, and preparing a robust talent pipeline for the organisation. You will also oversee other programs such as leadership and executive development.
- Work closely with other subsidiaries to educate them on group-level practices and standards.
- Support a broad range of talent-related activities, including performance development and workforce planning.
- Partner with the Early Careers team to foster the growth and retention of young talent.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in relevant positions; candidates with experience in group-level or large organisations are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the flexibility to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for talent development & talent management is essential. Experience in leading a small team is a plus.
- Experience in managing programs for young talent is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
- Willingness to travel for business trips occasionally.
