This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team responsible for all Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition initiatives across Asia. The successful candidate will provide crucial support for the day-to-day operations and administration of the team.
What you'll do:
As an Asia Talent Management Business Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our client's Talent Management team.
- Process and manage invoices for the Talent Acquisition team ensuring accuracy and timely payment
- Support the Talent Management budget, forecast and accrual processes
- Partner with the Business Manager and Data & Analytics teams to ensure management and operational reports are updated as necessary
- Assist in adopting new HR systems/processes/data analytics where appropriate
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Head of Talent Management including diary management, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, slide deck preparation, meeting coordination
- Assist with special projects, events and ad-hoc tasks across Talent Management
What you bring:
The ideal Asia Talent Management Business Associate will bring a unique blend of skills and experience to this role.
- Undergraduate degree in business / HR / finance or related fields is required
- 2-3 years of experience in HR / recruitment/ finance/ operations (or related roles) is essential
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential
- Knowledge of systems such as Ariba and PowerBI would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail is required
- Strong Communication skills in English and Chinese are necessary
- Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset is preferred
- Organised and capable of multi-tasking to meet deadlines in a demanding environment
