Our client is a well-established and publicly-listed company with a strong business foundation and a diversified portfolio spanning multiple regions.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and conceptualising HR projects and programs to enhance employee engagement and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Employee Engagement Survey and other HR-related surveys, which includes developing the report structure, coordinating survey implementation, and generating reports. Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to provide a framework for the management team to address improvement areas.
  • Work closely with Senior Stakeholders to promote employee engagement and satisfaction. Build understanding and communication from employees to ensure an open, responsive, and harmonious work environment.
  • Develop and implement programs to strengthen the brand DNA, deliver Employee Appreciation initiatives, promote Health & Well-being, and maintain the intranet.
  • Conceptualise and drive/coordinate innovative employee engagement programs to enhance the employer brand.
  • Establish mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of the HR organisation and identify trends or warning signs, making recommendations to other HR functions.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Human Resources Management or Communication-related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in employee engagement and communication, with candidates from corporate communication or marketing backgrounds also welcomed
  • Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to influence across all employee levels and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong creativity in driving impactful programs
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) writing skills
  • Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered as Senior HR Manager
