A top-tier bank is looking for an individual to support their HR Training and Development functions.

Job Responsibility

    • Design, develop, and deliver organizational development initiatives and projects
    • Identifying learning and capability gaps and recommending tailored learning and development solutions
    • Source and collaborate with external learning partners
    • Support procurement processes related to learning and talent development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and governance requirements
    • Participate in periodic reviews of learning and development policies

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 5+ relevant experience within Learning and Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, proposal writing, and report‑writing skills
