A top-tier bank is looking for an individual to support their HR Training and Development functions.
Job Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver organizational development initiatives and projects
- Identifying learning and capability gaps and recommending tailored learning and development solutions
- Source and collaborate with external learning partners
- Support procurement processes related to learning and talent development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and governance requirements
- Participate in periodic reviews of learning and development policies
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- 5+ relevant experience within Learning and Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written)

Excellent communication, presentation, proposal writing, and report‑writing skills
