Retail Training Manager (Regional, Start up)

Job Duties:

  • Create and implement targeted on-the-job training strategies aligned with key business priorities and performance targets
  • Deliver practical, high-energy training sessions for frontline teams focusing on service excellence, product expertise, sales skills, and efficient daily operations
  • Develop, update, and manage a full suite of training resources — including standard operating procedures (SOPs), digital modules, and e-learning content
  • Design practical evaluation systems to measure training ROI and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Carry out regular field visits to stores to observe application, provide real-time coaching, and ensure consistency
  • Manage all training logistics — scheduling, material preparation, progress reporting, and event coordination

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field)
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering training programs in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and project management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills — you naturally motivate and develop people
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Full professional fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken & written)
