Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT teams to create tailored training materials aligned with organizational goals and transformation needs.
  • Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills for their roles.
  • Utilize innovative teaching methods and explore advanced technologies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical users.
  • Monitor training quality, conduct assessments, and implement improvements to meet corporate standards.
  • Support new IT projects by providing relevant training and ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements.
  • Continuously refine curriculum design to reflect evolving practices and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification or diploma in training & development preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 3 years in training roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
