Senior IT Trainer / Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT teams to create tailored training materials aligned with organizational goals and transformation needs.
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills for their roles.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and explore advanced technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical users.
- Monitor training quality, conduct assessments, and implement improvements to meet corporate standards.
- Support new IT projects by providing relevant training and ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements.
- Continuously refine curriculum design to reflect evolving practices and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certification or diploma in training & development preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 3 years in training roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
