What you'll do:

• Develop and customize training plans and materials based on global guidelines, adapting them for the local market
• Deliver engaging training sessions in stores, focusing on storytelling, product launches, and cross-selling techniques
• Cultivate a strong service mindset and elevate customer service standards among sales teams
• Observe and analyze business performance, diagnose sales challenges, and identify reasons behind client hesitation to boost conversion rates
• Support CRM performance improvement through targeted training initiatives

What you bring:

• At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in retail training, store management, or frontline retail within luxury, cosmetics, or skincare sectors
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and CRM metrics
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
• Analytical skills to diagnose sales issues and recommend actionable solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively between office and store environments
