Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for leading all L&D initiatives, including orientation for new joiners, product training, compliance training, and leadership coaching. This role requires fluency in both Mandarin and English and offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a global organisation.

What you'll do:

As an Assistant Learning & Development Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the learning culture within the organisation. You will take charge of all L&D initiatives, ensuring that they align with the company's strategic goals. From coordinating orientation programs for new joiners to overseeing product and compliance training, your work will directly impact the knowledge and skills of the workforce. Furthermore, your responsibility extends to implementing leadership coaching programs, fostering a supportive leadership environment that encourages growth and development. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English will be crucial in this global role.

  • Lead all Learning & Development initiatives within the organisation
  • Coordinate orientation programs for new joiners
  • Oversee product training to ensure employees are knowledgeable about the latest offerings
  • Manage compliance training to maintain adherence to industry regulations
  • Implement leadership coaching programs to foster growth leadership within the team
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Assistant Learning & Development Manager position brings a wealth of experience in L&D or a similar HR role. You have a deep understanding of training processes and procedures, coupled with the ability to design and implement effective training programs. Your excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English enable you to effectively deliver training materials and interact with colleagues globally. Experience working in a multicultural environment is highly beneficial as it equips you with the cultural sensitivity needed in this global role. Above all, your strong interpersonal skills allow you to build meaningful connections within the organisation.

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development or a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels of the organisation
