Your ability to work closely with business leaders will be crucial in implementing HR initiatives. Your creativity will shine through as you design engaging training courses and create informative materials. Additionally, you'll manage projects focused on company culture and employer branding initiatives. Your drive will help promote talent development within the organisation while your organisational skills will ensure smooth facilitation of various events.
Perform full spectrum of HR functions including Training, Talent Development, manpower planning, talent management, employee engagement and performance management
Work closely with business leaders for implementing HR initiatives including manpower planning and training and talent development strategies
Play a critical, supporting role on project/program teams by delivering various project milestones and supporting the project/program lead as needed
Organise and facilitate classroom and virtual training programs such as on-board and soft skill trainings to align with headquarter requirements
Provide support on designing training courses and creating training materials
Manage and coordinate projects on company culture and employer branding initiatives
Drive and promote the talent development and management program within the organization
Support the facilitation and logistics arrangements of training/ CSR/ Internal communications and engagement events and conferences
