About the Role
- Provide comprehensive support for the Group's talent and learning strategy.
- Assist in the implementation and management of performance management systems, OKRs, and instant feedback processes.
- Contribute to the development and execution of talent development programs within the Group.
- Assist in the execution and evaluation of the Group's talent and learning strategy, with a specific focus on performance management systems, learning and development.
- Manage and review the Group's performance management system, OKRs, and instant feedback process to align people effectiveness with business objectives.
- Evaluate and oversee talent development programs to address business needs and cultivate a robust talent pipeline.
- Collect, analyze, and provide actionable insights from talent-related data to support management in making informed talent management decisions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and strive for excellence by developing and implementing impactful initiatives.
- Support day-to-day management tasks, including coordinating resource planning, budget planning, project planning, and communication planning.
- Monitor fiscal control, identify any deviations, and recommend corrective measures as necessary.
- Provide support for regular business-as-usual activities and handle ad-hoc projects as required.
About the Person
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration).
- Proven experience and expertise in talent development, performance management systems, and learning and development initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect and interpret talent-related data.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a focus on planning, organizing, and executing projects effectively.
- Coaching and mentoring skills to support the professional growth of team members.
- Familiarity with human resources best practices and relevant regulations and laws.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
