Assistant HR Manager (Training & HRBP)
A leading services provider is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join as an Assistant HR Manager due to team expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Perform HRBP functions to support individual career development, including staffing, talent acquisition, employee caring and engagement, training and development, and HR analytics.
- Collaborate closely with team members to deliver excellent HR services and contribute to HR projects.
- Liaise with vendors & in-house trainer, design and implement training and development programs that align with organizational goals and address skill gaps within the workforce.
- Conduct training needs assessments, identify training priorities, and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids.
- Develop a network of contacts within the HR field and maintain a holistic understanding of HR practices and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years’ experiences in Human resources functions.
- Experienced in designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and deliver high-quality HR services.
- Resilient mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
