Learning & Development Officer (MNC | Corporate Training)
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have a passion for developing people.
About the Role:
- Design and deliver training programs that support the development of employees at all levels.
- Develop and maintain training records and e-learning platforms.
- Support the Learning & Development function in the design and delivery of training workshops and other development initiatives.
- Develop and manage internship and learning programs.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of training programs.
- Contribute to the development of HR initiatives, including Sustainability, Employee Engagement, D&I, Staff Communication and company events.
About the Person:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Learning & Development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese
