Our client is a well-known conglomerate with many of its core business across regions. With a broad portfolio of market leading business, they have been achieving sustainable growth over the years. Due to expansion, they are looking for a L&D Manager (Regional Role) to join their high performing team.
About the Role:
*You will be responsible manage, design, develop learning and development strategies based on business strategic directions. Manage overall execution and facilitation of learning workshops.
*Act as the key influencer to work closely with stakeholders, proactively to identify company needs and provide people solutions, resign the road-map and drive culture transformation
*Be responsible to conduct talent assessment and selection, talent review process and competency model development, design and drive learning projects for talents
*Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
About the People:
*Bachelor Degree Holder in Human Resources/Psychology or related discipline
*At least 10-12 years of experiences gained from sizeable companies
*Candidates with excellent communication skills, proactive and flexible. Hands on and with solid experiences gained from L&D/ Talent Development area. With regional experiences will be an added advantage.
*Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
