About the role
- Directly report to CHRO
- Responsible on talent analytic, annual talent management processes and transformation projects
- Act as a subject matter expert to support talent management programs including performance management, leadership development , succession planning, talent review, GT, MT programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and build up talent pipeline for their businesses
- Support leaders on various projects
- Other ad hoc projects assigned by CHRO
About the person
- Degree holder with human resources or related disciplinary
- 12+ years or more relevant experience
- Ability working effectively within a matrix
- Willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' and perform tasks to get the job done efficiently and effectively
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
