About the Role

Directly report to Training Manager

Be responsible for end to end training process, to provide fragrance training to all front line sales staff, Fragrance Expert and Fragrance specialists.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand their training needs

Evaluate training and learning outcomes

Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to align training focus

About the People

Bachelor Degree in HRM or related disciplines

At least 4 years of experiences in related disciplines preferably experiences gained from retail industry

Excellent communication skills and great interpretation skills

Upbeat, proactive and engaging , passionate about fragrance and able to communicate with people from all levels

Good command in English and Mandarin
