HRIS Specialist | 30K x 13months

Looking to take your HR career to the next level? We’re hiring an HR Specialist / Analyst to drive exciting HR transformation projects with a global organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys project coordination, HR systems, and cross‑functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate HR project activities, meetings, and progress tracking

• Support HRMS implementation, UAT, and end‑user training logistics

• Assist with HR data migration, validation, and archiving initiatives

• Contribute to change management and system go‑live readiness (communications, engagement materials, etc.)

• Maintain project documentation and governance packs

• Provide ad hoc support for HR improvement projects

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline

• 4+ years of HR project / HRIS / transformation experience

• Strong skills in MS Office / Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; SharePoint a plus)

• Hands‑on experience with SAP HR, BIPO, and SuccessFactors (EC/SF) preferred

• Exposure to system transformation projects highly desirable

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams independently

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
