A leading financial services institution in Hong Kong is seeking for a HR Management - Strategy to drive people-centric HR initiatives, influence strategic decision-making, and foster an inclusive, growth-oriented workplace.

Key responsibilities

As HR Management - Strategy, you will drive strategic HR initiatives, shape talent and development programs, foster an inclusive culture, and support data-driven decision-making for organisational success.

  • Implement HR strategies aligned with Group policies and provide expert guidance to senior management on talent attraction, retention, and development
  • Develop and execute strategic HR plans, managing the full spectrum of HR functions including staff development, training, budgeting, staffing planning, performance management, and corporate culture, etc
  • Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regional operations and Bank-wide standards
  • Draft and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for progress tracking, management review, and data-driven decision-making
  • Oversee day-to-day HR team operations and ensure strict compliance with all HR policies and regulatory requirements

Candidate profile

The ideal HR Management - Strategy should have experience in people-focused strategies, cross-regional collaboration, multilingual communication, and project management to drive talent development and support long-term growth in financial services.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Experience in project management, HR, or communications, preferably within the banking industry is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written); fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc
