HR Business Partner Director 100k Foreign Bank

Your New Role * Report directly to HR Head, partner with regional offices: HK, Singapore, Korea, Australia, India, China * Collaborate with group companies and align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness * Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement * Drive HR transformation initiatives that support the company's growth and strategic direction * Partner with department heads to assess workforce needs, identify talent gaps and develop HR solutions to address business challenges * Oversee HR compliance efforts to ensure alignment with employment laws, regulations and company policies

The Successful Applicant

• Proven leadership experience in managing HR projects and driving strategic HR initiatives
• Experience acting as change agent while driving transformation
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals
• Excellent native English Speaking + Cantonese + Banking experience is a must
• Permanent role + Premium Medical + Dis. Bonus 4-5 mths + Premium office
