The Employee Communication Manager plays a pivotal role in crafting compelling articles, newsletters, and various communication materials tailored for C-Level executives and management. Strong Chinese writing skills are required for this position. Additionally, the jobholder will spearhead HR projects revolving around internal communication, intranet management, and other communication related tasks.

The Employee Communication Manager plays a pivotal role in crafting compelling articles, newsletters, and various communication materials tailored for C-Level executives and management. Strong Chinese writing skills are required for this position. Additionally, the jobholder will spearhead HR projects revolving around internal communication, intranet management, and other communication related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compose articles, newsletters, and communication materials for C-Level executives and management
  • Lead HR projects centered on internal communication, intranet management, and related initiatives
  • Collaborate with diverse departments to ensure effective communication strategies
  • Oversee and maintain internal communication platforms
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficiency in Chinese writing is a fundamental requirement.
  • Native-level proficiency in Mandarin, fluency in Cantonese, and English are essential.
  • Previous experience in employee communication, HR projects, copy-writing, translation, or corporate communication is highly preferred, especially if gained in sizeable organisations.
  • Prior experience working in Hong Kong is mandatory.
  • Can sponsor a visa for the suitable candidate.
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
