Employee Communications Manager - Global Organization

In this role, you will become the driving force behind the dynamic employee engagement and internal communications initiatives! As the Employee Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and motivated workforce across this well -known global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive internal communications strategy to keep employees informed, engaged and aligned with the company's vision and objectives
  • Manage a suite of engaging communication channels, such as the intranet, email newsletters, video updates, and town halls, ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging
  • Write, edit and proofread impactful content for a variety of internal communications, including employee updates, policy changes, leadership messages and more
  • Build Strategic Partnerships to Enhance Communications; Collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR business partners and cross-functional teams to understand their communication needs and priorities.
  • Leverage these strong relationships to enhance the reach and effectiveness of internal communications across the organisation
  • Spearhead campaigns to promote Inclusive Leadership and other diversity & inclusion initiatives
  • Plan and execute company-wide CSR activities, engaging employees at all levels
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, HR or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in employee communications, internal marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record in developing and executing impactful internal communications campaigns
  • Creative and flexible mindset, with strong project management capabilities and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with communication tools and channels, including intranet platforms, video conferencing, and social collaboration tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Chinese - Cantonese and Mandarin & English), with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Employee Communications Manager
