About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to manage and enhance HR systems within their global Compensation & Benefits team. This is a great opportunity for HRIS professionals who want to lead impactful projects and drive system optimization on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee in-house HR systems and related applications, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.
  • Drive system enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency for global HR teams.
  • Support HR system projects including rollout, testing, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports for decision-making and compliance.
  • Provide user support, develop training materials, and conduct workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, safeguarding data privacy and security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 5 - 8 + years of experience in C&B function or HRIS management, ideally with system implementation or transformation projects.
  • Strong proficiency in HR systems administration and enhancement projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
