Assistant Manager / Manager (C&B & HR system)
About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to manage and enhance HR systems within their global Compensation & Benefits team. This is a great opportunity for HRIS professionals who want to lead impactful projects and drive system optimization on an international scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee in-house HR systems and related applications, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.
- Drive system enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency for global HR teams.
- Support HR system projects including rollout, testing, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports for decision-making and compliance.
- Provide user support, develop training materials, and conduct workshops.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, safeguarding data privacy and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 5 - 8 + years of experience in C&B function or HRIS management, ideally with system implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong proficiency in HR systems administration and enhancement projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
