HRIS Specialist (HKD40-45k, MNC)

A well-known multinational conglomerate is seeking an HRIS (SAP) Specialist to join their team. This newly created position reports to the Head of HRIS and involves a combination of system management and people analytics.

Job Description:

  • Assist in driving the group’s HRIS projects, providing support for the implementation and rollout of new systems.
  • Administer, maintain, and monitor HR systems, including but not limited to HRIS, applicant tracking systems, learning management systems, and performance management systems.
  • Lead the People Analytics initiative, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and data validation.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to offer insights into HR metrics and trends.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training programs for HR staff and other users.
  • Support system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR system implementation projects.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors HRIS is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and other HR technologies.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and especially Mandarin are essential).
