This role will involve system configuration, user account management, data maintenance for various HR systems, and supporting HR transformation initiatives from both technical and user perspectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR users, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HRIS integrations and data flow between systems. They will also identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions for the organisation.
- Maintain and enhance HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
- Manage user accounts and perform data maintenance for various HR systems
- Support HR transformation initiatives from both technical and user perspectives
- Collaborate with HR users, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HRIS integrations
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions for the organisation
- Support HRIS implementation and upgrade projects as needed
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS policies, procedures, and configuration
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS software e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Avature, ServiceNow and related Integration
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting HR metrics
- Self-driven with problem-solving abilities
- Experience with common HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors)
